Contracting Procedures

  1. To receive contracting paperwork, please contact Imeriti’s contracting team at 800.921.3100 or email contracting@imeriti.com.
  2. As the agent, you must complete the appointment forms and fax or email back to our contracting team at 866.801.3507 or contracting@imeriti.com.
  3. Once step number 2 is complete, our contracting team will review the appointment paperwork and send to the insurance company.
  4. Once it is sent to the insurance company, the company will process the contracting requests based on their volume and if business is pending. Typically, with no pending business, the contracting process can take up to 4 weeks.
  5. The contracting team will follow-up with the insurance company on a regular basis to determine status and keep the agent abreast of any changes.
